ALL PUPPIES ARE SOLD AS PETS ONLY YOU MUST SIGN A NON-BREEDING CONTRACT AS DEFINED BY THE CANADIAN KENNEL CLUB. We do our best to provide you with a happy healthy socialized puppy; you have to do your part in keeping him/her happy and healthy. All expenses (after pickup/delivery of puppy) incurred medical or otherwise are the responsibility of the buyer (you). ALL puppies are VET CHECKED HEALTHY, VIBRANT, and in EXCELLENT BODY CONDITION prior to sale! Vet Health Certificate supplied by Barrhead Veterinary Clinic. If within the first 6 months of age a qualified Veterinarian detects a proven life threatening genetic disorder such as pertaining to the heart, liver, spleen and spine, to be serious enough to warrant the euthanization of the dog, the report needs to be sent to the breeder immediately! The breeder will have a licensed Veterinarian interpret the report. If the breeder's vet coincides to the stated genetic disorders only, the breeder will be obligated replace the puppy. Replacement puppy will be of the same sex, color, may take up to 6 months to replace, and will be chosen by the breeder. Puppy returns are at the expense of the buyer. Puppy must be taken to the vet for a vet check within 48 hours of purchase of puppy or if on a holiday it will be extended to 72 hours. A copy should be sent to the breeder, This contract does not cover hernias, patella problems, pinched nostrils, hypoglycemia or diseases which vaccinations can prevent. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, such as: food allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. We also take preventative measure against parasites, so we will not replace your puppy if it has Internal/External Parasites (fleas/lice/worms/coccidia/Giardia). We DO NOT guarantee against Coccidia, Giardia, Worms, bacterial infections, umbilical hernias or pinched nostrils(snares) as puppies can get coccidia/giardia/kennel cough from the stress of moving and changing of food/water and also from change of environment. The breeder does not guarantee adult size, color, temperament, submissive wetting, and/or behavioral problems (as behavior is learned). Hernia's, Snares and lazy eye do not warrant return of money or replacement of puppy, as it is not life threatening & in no way interferes with the quality of the life of the puppy. WE DO NOT REFUND IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO THE PUPPY! We ONLY replace/refund a puppy if it dies from parvo within 7 days from purchase. We refund purchase price of puppy only!! We have taken every precaution possible to prevent Parvo! This guarantee is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled on your behalf (there will be no refund/replacement of puppy/dog). Your negligence is not our responsibility. If you cannot afford food, emergency vet bills (in case it breaks a leg or other emergency's), medication (if needed) or proper vet care, please do not even consider buying an animal of any kind!
Buyer's Responsibilities: Have your new puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. If this should happen on a holiday, it will be extended to 72 hours. A stool sample should be included in the first visit. Because your puppy comes with his/her first parvo shot at 6 weeks and his/her 4-way shot at 8 weeks, it is your responsibility to keep up with his/her vaccinations. Please do not take the puppy into public places (especially the pet store/park), until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (up to its 16 week vacc.) to insure immunity against disease. Vaccination must be 4-way or greater. Provide your puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to: Annual physical examinations by a licensed Veterinarian. Follow the guidelines for vaccinations & de-worming supplied by your vet. They MUST be kept up to date, or this guarantee is void. Take great care to protect your puppy from getting lost, stolen, and from danger or abuse. There is NO guarantee against negligence. Please take good care of your puppy. A microchip can be provided by your vet in case of lost or stolen puppy. Pet Insurance is highly recommended and also available at your local Vet Clinic. If for any reason you cannot care for your puppy anymore and cannot find a loving home for him/her, Please contact us and we will help you find a new home for it. We do not want any of our puppies in shelters, or dropped off somewhere. We do not refund you for them, as it is harder to find a home for an older puppy. Upon Purchase of puppy, you the buyer assumes full responsibility of all Vet Costs Incurred associated with your purchase of puppy!
